Refund policy

At Atlas & Oak, we stand behind every product we carry. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at atlasandoakco@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange items for a different size or variant. Contact us and we'll sort it out.

Non-returnable items: Final sale items, opened personal care products, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
